{"id":76,"date":"2012-01-19T19:49:16","date_gmt":"2012-01-19T19:49:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vegangoodness.com\/?p=76"},"modified":"2012-01-19T19:49:55","modified_gmt":"2012-01-19T19:49:55","slug":"spicy-green-beans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vegangoodness.com\/?p=76","title":{"rendered":"Spicy Green Beans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Spicy Green beans &amp; Tofu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quick &amp; easy! <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 package Tofu, cubed<\/p>\n<p>Green Beans, Fresh or frozen<\/p>\n<p>1 Tb Oil, vegetable or olive<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp garlic<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp ginger<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp sugar<\/p>\n<p>3-4 Tb Braggs or soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc &#8211; \u00bd \u00a0tsp Crushed pepper<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In a frying pan, cook tofu &amp; spices in the oil.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 When tofu is browned, add green beans and braggs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cook until green beans are cook to your liking<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Serve over rice!<\/p>\n<p>( I leave the crushed pepper to last so I can pull some out without spice for my toddler)<\/p>\n<p>This meal is great and only takes a few minutes.
