garlic (with some salt &amp; pepper and a dash of sugar) in olive oil, until soft<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Toast slices of bread &amp; put in blender or food processer to make bread crumbs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mix saut\u00e9ed vegetables, bread crumbs and Italian spices in a bowl \u2013 add some olive oil to bread mix if it\u2019s not moist looking<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cut off tops of Italian peppers, wash and get out seeds<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stuff each pepper with bread crumb mix<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bake until peppers are soft and starting to brown (30-60mins)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
