Peel &amp; cube sweet potatoes and boil in pot until soft<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mash Sweet potatoes &amp; add oil &amp; seasonings<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Add flour and mix until dough forms<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; kneed for 5 minutes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; cut dough into strips and roll into cylinders (use more flour to work with dough)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cut off 1-2&#8243; pieces &#8211; press with thumb to make gnocchi shape<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; lay out on parchment paper until ready to cook<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; lightly toast hazelnuts<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; bring milk to a boil<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; add nuts &amp; garlic &amp; seasoning<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; simmer on medium for about 10-15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Blend in food processor<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
